FX Fitness Co., Ltd Liability Disclaimer
You, the customer, should always consult your physician or other healthcare provider before changing your diet or starting an exercise program. The customer understands the risk of injury associated with participating in and using FX Fitness Phuket Co., Ltd gym services, products, facilities, and equipment.
FX Fitness Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by the customer in, on, or about the premises or as a result of the use of products, services, equipment or facilities, regardless of whether such injuries result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of the FX Fitness Co.,Ltd.
The customer hereby fully and forever releases and discharges FX Fitness Co., Ltd, its insurers, employees, officers, directors, and associates from any claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out the use of said equipment and facilities.
The customer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold the company FX Fitness Co., Ltd harmless against any claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action of any person or entity that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by the customer. The customer agrees to be solely responsible for their safety and well-being and that of their guest(s). The customer understands that FX Fitness Co., Ltd does not provide supervision, instruction, or assistance for using the facilities and equipment. The customer understands and acknowledges that the use of exercise equipment involves the risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death.
The customer agrees to comply with all FX Fitness Co., Ltd Gym rules (regarding using the facilities and equipment. The customer agrees to conduct themselves in a controlled and reasonable manner at all times and to refrain from using any equipment inconsistent with its intended design and purpose.
The customer also understands and agrees that FX Fitness Co., Ltd is not responsible for property lost, stolen, or damaged while on or about the premises. The customer has read the foregoing liability disclaimer and is fully aware of its content.
Membership Pause Policy
Membership pausing (freeze) is available only for prepaid 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month memberships. Monthly memberships and short-term passes are not eligible.
Pause allowances are as follows:
• 3-Month Membership: up to 14 total days
• 6-Month Membership: up to 20 total days
• 12-Month Membership: up to 30 total days

All pauses must be requested in advance and approved by management. Minimum pause period is 7 consecutive days. Retroactive pauses are not permitted.

Approved pause periods will extend the membership end date accordingly. Unused pause days are non-transferable, non-refundable, and do not carry forward. Membership must be active and in good standing at the time of request. FX Fitness reserves the right to approve or decline pause requests in accordance with this policy. The customer has read the foregoing liability disclaimer and is fully aware of its content. Suppose the customer chooses not to read the full FX Fitness Co., Ltd liability disclaimer. In that case, it is a result of their decision-making, and the customer has been made aware of its existence by its clear display on the FX Fitness Co., Ltd reception desk next to the registration book.
